Q. What are SEMS / Combination screws?

They are a combination of a screw or bolt with a built in (captivated) washer or set of washers.

By having these parts pre-assembled, it  reduces installation costs by not only increasing production rates but also by helping to eliminate the down time endured whilst trying to find lost components.

Q. Do we offer PPAP III and ISIR's?

Yes, we can do PPAP III with or without IMDS also ISIR's

Q. What is your standard lead time for manufacturing a part?

Our standard lead time for manufacturing an item is 10 -12 weeks.

However, 5-7 week lead times can be achieved at an additional cost.

Q. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ for manufacturing a bespoke part is generally 20,000 pcs.

However, if you require a standard part we may have some in stock.

These parts can be purchased in smaller quantities and can be ready for collection or delivery within hours.

Q. Do you keep stock?

We do keep a small selection of standard Sems in stock.
